Most dental insurance plans can be processed through our office. We work to maximize your coverage and plan benefits. Please bring all information concerning your insurance plan, including plan card and/or group number with you at the first visit. At this first appointment, we ask that you pay for services in full until we can confirm all aspects of your dental benefits program. At subsequent appointments we can estimate your co-payment obligation.
